Weather Situation

A surface trough lies over the Esperance Coast and will move slowly into Eucla Coast on Thursday, out of the region by Friday afternoon. A weak cold front will brush through the southwest coastal during early Friday morning with a ridge of high pressure developing in its wake on Friday and Saturday. Another weak cold front will reach the far southwest on Saturday.

South to southwesterly about 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots in the early afternoon then decreasing to about 10 knots in the evening.
Seas
Below 1 metre, increasing to around 1 metre east of Hopetoun.
Swell
Southwesterly 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to around 1 metre around midday, then increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres during the afternoon.

Southwesterly 1 to 2 metres, increasing to 2 to 3 metres during the afternoon.
